you perform your best...while giving you a better understanding on how to train
for future events.

program will get you ready for the long distance 70.3 racing. You will
not only “Just Finish” but will turn in a great performance. This
training program will cover basic understanding on triathlon
training and racing. We will cover all 3 disciplines, swimming,
biking and running, along with strength training, nutrition,
recovery and rest. We are not just offering you a
training
schedule, but over 15 years of experience and understanding
on how to train and get the best results.
