
GNOTRI Sports has taken training to the next level by opening
our GNOTRI SPORTS Training facility. Not only can we put together
your training program, now we have the facility and equipment to
coach and evaluate you as you progress.
Coaches Kevin Pilet and Rick Montgomery, will personally
train you from a beginner to a IM70.3 or
FULL Ironman Distance Race Finisher
With 17 FULL IRONMAN FINISHES and over 20 years of Triathlon Racing,
our knowledge and experience in the sport will bring out our best
performance.
This training program will cover basic understanding on triathlon
training and racing. We will cover all 3 disciplines, swimming,
biking and running, along with strength training, nutrition,
recovery and rest. We are not just offering you a training schedule,
but over 15 years of experience and understanding on how to train
and get the best results.
16 WEEK TRAINING SCHEDULE INCLUDES:
• Daily Training Schedule
• Use of Training Facility through the 16 weeks of training
• Group Training
• Tips on How to Swim, Bike and Run.
• Daily e-mail assistance/support when needed
• Monthly evaluation (in person for locals or by e-mail)
• E-mail Blast on Tips/reminders
• Basic Nutrition and more!
